Our team at Park Hyatt Melbourne loved working with Calibre to help deliver this fresh take on a popular theme,”Dream Circus”, for this year’s Calibre & Diona de l’elephant Ball for Batyr. The Batyr Ball is part of a roadshow raising much need funds in support of youth mental health.
Encore Event Technologies delivered an out of this world theme for The Million Dollar Lunch 2018. The ‘Galaxies’ inspired theme was brought to life via complete event staging solution. We created a ‘spaceship’ look using 14 Hex Panels with custom 3D-effect projection to reflect the windows of a spaceship. Internally lit sci-fi inspired spheres became the hero of the centrepieces as guests wined and dined beneath a glittering galaxy created using a bespoke draping installation. It was a record breaking event for The Children’s Cancer Foundation and we were proud to be the partner behind delivering this coveted event at our venue partner, Crown Melbourne.

Encore Event Technologies partnered with Crown Melbourne to deliver an immersive New Year’s Eve celebration inspired by American TV comedy series, The Love Boat.
Keen to turn the theme into a unique experience for guests, Encore was responsible for the audio visual production, lighting and styling elements for this fun, themed celebration to ‘Set sail for 2019’.
The New Year‘s event boasted an impressive customised stage, built by Encore, of a giant cruise ship with chaser lighting portholes. A large 3D ‘HMAS Crown’ was projected onto with Edison bulbs, while custom built waves created movement and enhanced the nautical theme.
The event was a great success and showcased Encore’s ability to provide a truly memorable evening.
For this year’s closing networking Gala of MEETINGS 2019, our team in Auckland brought to life a fun, vibrant Fiestaval themed event for 600 guests. The event was the result of a successful collaboration between Total Events, Production & Music Agency and Encore. Over 500 Scenic Panels were used to design the backdrops and line the walls of the popular silent disco; and our colourful uplighting played key roles in setting the scene.
